This Payment & Delivery Policy applies to all purchases made from the online store operated by Nastalab Pte. Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our"). It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, Returns Policy, and Privacy Policy.
1. Prices and Currency

All prices displayed on our website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices include Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable, unless clearly indicated otherwise.

Prices do not include delivery fees, customs duties, or taxes for international orders unless explicitly stated at checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
2. Payment Methods
We accept payments through Shopify’s secure checkout, which may include:

Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express);

Digital wallets and alternative payment methods as made available at checkout;

Other payment methods supported by Shopify from time to time.
All payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers. Nastalab Pte. Ltd. does not store or have access to your full payment details.
3. Order Confirmation

Once payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Order confirmation does not guarantee immediate availability or shipment of products.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in accordance with our Terms & Conditions, including in cases of pricing errors or stock unavailability.
4. Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays in Singapore.

Processing times may be extended during peak periods, promotions, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
5. Delivery – Singapore Orders

Delivery options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are indicative only and are not guaranteed.

Nastalab Pte. Ltd. is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, or events beyond our control.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery to the nominated address.
6. Delivery – International Orders

International shipping is subject to availability and destination restrictions.

Delivery times for international orders vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and local courier services.

Customers are responsible for:

Any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or clearance charges;

Providing accurate shipping and contact information;

Complying with local import regulations for baby and child products.
Nastalab Pte. Ltd. is not responsible for delays, additional costs, or failed deliveries resulting from customs processes or regulatory requirements in the destination country.
7. Partial Shipments
Where possible, orders will be shipped together. However, Nastalab Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to ship items separately if products are available at different times. Customers will not be charged additional shipping fees for approved partial shipments.
8. Failed or Returned Deliveries
If a delivery is returned to us due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address details;

Failed delivery attempts;

Refusal to accept delivery;
any additional shipping, handling, or administrative costs may be charged to the customer or deducted from any applicable refund.
9. Force Majeure
Nastalab Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, transportation disruptions, or government actions.
