Refund policy

This Returns Policy applies to purchases made from the online store operated by Nastalab Pte. Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our") in Singapore. This policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions.
1. Change of Mind Returns
Under Singapore law, there is generally no automatic right to return goods for a change of mind. However, at Nastalab Pte. Ltd. we aim to be fair and transparent.
We may, at our discretion, accept returns for change of mind provided that:

The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery;

The item is unused, unwashed, uninstalled, and in its original condition;

The item is returned in its original packaging, with all labels, accessories, manuals, and inserts intact;

Proof of purchase is provided.
To start a return, customers must contact us first to request approval. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
2. Non‑Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and child protection reasons, the following items are generally not eligible for return, unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied:

Products that have been installed, assembled, and used;

Items with broken seals or damaged packaging where safety cannot be guaranteed.
3. Faulty or Incorrect Products
If a product is:

Faulty;

Defective;
-
Damaged on arrival; or

Incorrectly supplied,
please contact us within 7 days of delivery with details and supporting photos where applicable.
Where a product is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will, in accordance with the Singapore Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (CPFTA), offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
4. Return Process
To align with standard Shopify return flows, all returns must be initiated by contacting us first.

Photos or videos if the item is faulty or damaged.
Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Items returned without approval may be refused or returned to the sender.
5. Return Shipping Costs
All Orders

For approved change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For faulty, defective, or incorrectly supplied items, Nastalab Pte. Ltd. will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Customers are responsible for:

Return postage and shipping insurance;
-
Any customs duties, taxes, or clearance charges;

Any customer-related administrative or handling fees incurred as a result of the return.
Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
6. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout, in line with Shopify’s standard payment flows.

Refunds will be issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Processing times depend on the payment provider and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Shipping fees, duties, taxes, and administrative fees are non refundable.
7. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If an exchange is not available, a refund may be issued instead.
8. Risk and Responsibility

Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until received by Nastalab Pte. Ltd.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, especially for international shipments.
