Returns & Warranty

At TinySeats, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As a Singapore-based company, we adhere to the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act while offering additional flexibility for our customers.

1. Change of Mind Returns

We offer a 14-day return window for most items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and uninstalled.
  • In its original packaging with all labels, manuals, and accessories intact.
  • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that have been assembled or installed. Items with broken seals where safety or child protection can no longer be guaranteed are also ineligible for return unless they are faulty.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us at connect@tinyseats.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Please include photos or videos of the issue as well as of the Serial Number (located underneath the Isofix base on an orange sticker)
  • Once confirmed, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Singapore law.
  • TinySeats will cover the shipping costs for confirmed faulty items.

4. How to Start a Return

All returns must be pre-approved. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

  1. Email: Send your order number and reason for return to connect@tinyseats.com.
  2. Details: For car seats, please include the serial number.
  3. Ship: Once approved, we will provide return instructions. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs and insurance.

5. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days.
  • Non-Refundable: Original shipping fees, duties, taxes, and administrative fees are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges: Subject to product availability. If your requested item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.
